- General Delivery Terms & Conditions
Janoo Medical Group offers free deliveries for orders over R2000.00 on online and offline sales except on items that are on promotion. Our orders will be sent via Fastway Couriers, which offers door to door delivery. Orders under R2000.00 will attract a standard delivery charge of R140.00. Order processing is expected to take 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and Delivery is estimated to take 24-72 hours however this is dependent on Fastway courier service, and they should be contacted for further inquiries. No orders will be dispatched until funds have cleared in our banking account or reflect via our payment gateway (Payfast). Should you require your order urgently please make use of the instant EFT option via Payfast.
- Late Delivery
According to the South African Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECT Act"), you may cancel your order within 7 working days of it being placed under the following conditions:
- The products ordered have not been received within the agreed delivery period.
- The products are in its original packaging with its original labels and has not been opened.
If these conditions are met kindly call (012) 666 9901/7048 and our sales team will process a refund to you.
- General warranty:
If, within 3 months after delivery of a product to you:
- You find that the product is faulty, and is not suitable for its purpose intended, or the product is not durable.
- You may arrange to return such product to Janoo Medical Group for inspection.
- You will be either – fully refunded or the product will be replaced or repaired at the expense of Janoo Medical Group, the decision will be dependent on Janoo Medical Group depending on the availability of stock and supplier repair terms and conditions.
- Should the product not be found defective after inspection, it will NOT be refunded or repaired, and you will incur all the courier costings.
- A product is not considered defective due to everyday use and wear and tear and will not be subject to the General Warranty.
- ALL items that are on sale will not be subjected to the General Warranty.
- Refunds and returns
- In the case that a refund is due, please allow 10 working days for the refund to be processed. Once the refund has been processed from our side, it will be dependent on your bank when the refund will reflect and we will not take any responsibilities on bank delays.
- In the case of a refund you may choose to receive the refund in your original form of payment or in the form of a voucher that can be used in store or online.
- Items that are on sale, will only be refunded to the amount you paid at the time of purchase.
- Disposables, which include but is not limited to Syringe & Needles, IV equipment, will not be refunded or returned due to health and safety reasons, under circumstances that the incorrect product is sent, please do not alter the packaging or remove labels, we will not accept the product if has been opened.
- Please note majority of sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Should you have used a personal coupon on the sale, we will refund you a coupon to the same value, however this is not applicable to general public coupons.
